Joining a game on your phone
Scan the QR code or type the 5-character room code at funclubgroup.com/play. Pick a name and avatar, and rejoin anytime if your phone refreshes.

Two ways in
- Scan the QR code on the big screen with your phone camera. It opens the game with the code already filled in.
- Or type the code: go to funclubgroup.com/play and enter the 5-character room code shown on the TV.
Room codes never use 0, O, 1 or I, so there's no guessing between look-alike characters.
Your name and avatar
Names can be up to 16 characters. If someone already took your name, you'll get a number added (like "Sam 2"), so choose something distinctive.
Phone went to sleep?
Just open the page again. Your phone remembers you for that room, so you rejoin with your score and streak intact.
Tip: Keep the game tab open and turn your screen brightness up. Fewer surprises mid-question.
Questions
Do I need to download an app?
No. Everything runs in your phone's web browser.
Can I join after the game started?
Usually yes, while the game is running. Once a game has finished, the room closes to new players.
The code doesn't work. What now?
Check the code against the TV (there's no 0 or O), and make sure the host's game is still open. See the troubleshooting guide for more.
