Random name picker and team generator
Pick a random name or split up to 200 people into 2–8 fair teams. Guests add themselves by QR code, or you type the names in.

Two modes
- Picker: spins a reel and lands on one random name. With remove picked on (the default), nobody is chosen twice until everyone has had a turn.
- Teams: deals everyone into 2 to 8 named teams, as evenly as possible. Needs at least 2 people.
Getting names in
Open Name Picker & Teams on the big screen. Guests scan the QR code to put their name in the hat, or you add names yourself. Up to 200 people.
Press Space to draw. On the result, press R to re-roll. Reset puts everyone back in the hat.
Questions
Are the teams balanced?
Teams are dealt out evenly, so team sizes differ by at most one person.
What happens when everyone has been picked?
The picker tells you the hat is empty. Press Reset to start again.
